FOSTER

The role of our volunteer fosterers is vital to the welfare and rehabilitation of

the animals who come through our doors and can make a huge difference to their chances of finding a forever home.

We always try to re-home our animals as quickly as possible but there are a number of reasons why they might need to be in foster care before being re-homed. Fosterers support us with animals who need one-to-one care to recover from illness or neglect or who simply need a safe, loving place to stay until they are adopted. Some animals come to us feral or in poor health and need time to recover or re-establish their trust in humans before being adopted.

If you think you could give a temporary home to an animal in need, please get in touch to find out more.

Fostering is a voluntary role but Lulubells Rescue covers the costs of all food and any necessary vet treatment

as well as providing bedding, toys, leads and other equipment needed for the animals' welfare. Of course if you decide you would like to support us further by purchasing food, toys etc... for your foster animal this would be hugely appreciated by all of us (don't worry if not - we will still provide!).

You can foster for days, weeks or months but however long or short, we will ensure that you are not out of pocket

and will support you every step of the way.

We are always looking for more fosterers so please consider becoming a fosterer with Lulubells Rescue.

Your love and care could make all the difference to an animal in need.
